BBC Outing 2010
Date: 22 March 2010 Time: 10:30am – 3:30pm Location: Jamyang Buddhist Centre (The Old Courthouse) and BBC It was a top day! It’s definitely worth while to see the BBC behind the scenes! We were in a studio that is so sound-proof, you wouldn’t be able to hear a bomb explosion nearby; we learned why the BBC building is shaped as a question mark and got a chance to pretend to be a newsreader! When getting back to The Old Courthouse we had a delicious lunch (split pea soup and veggie sandwiches)
