Being Mindful 2010

Being Mindful Day for Cares 02 Feb 2010 10:30am -3:30pm @ the Old Courthouse (Jamyang Buddhist Center) 43 Renfrew Rd. We learned how to be in the moment and let go of stress. We did all sorts of exercises. One of the exercises consisted of eating a raisin very slowly (consciously). It was interesting to realize that we do so much on the "automatic pilot".
